Request for Qualifications Public Works Garage Repairs Prequalification

The Central Manitoulin public works garage is located in Mindemoya, Ontario. The intent of the project is to
improve the condition of the existing public works garage by repairing the original pre-engineered building
structural framing and implement storage addition wood framing.

The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is seeking to prequalify General Contractors (including relevant
subcontractors) who can successfully demonstrate knowledge and experience with projects of similar scope
and complexity. The project generally consists of interior improvements to the existing pre-engineered
building and wood framed implement storage area addition.
