Speaking and Presenting at a Council Meeting

There are two ways to have your item addressed.

1. In writing, either email or paper letter that is added as an agenda item
2. Speaking as a delegation in person during a meeting

To be able to speak at a meeting you must be on the agenda. An in-person delegation at a meeting is limited to 10 minutes or less of speaking time.
