Eighteen Central Manitoulin Volunteer Fire Department members took part in last weeks Mobile Live Fire Training Unit in Little Current.

The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is proud to announce that we have partnered with the LaCloche Manitoulin Business Assistance Corporation (LAMBAC) to offer the 2023 Manitoulin Island Job Fair at the Mindemoya Community Centre.  

The Municipality of Central Manitoulin CAO/Clerk Denise Deforge and Councillor Rose Diebolt raise the Pride Manitoulin Flag outside of the Mindemoya Hall in support of Pride Manitoulin and the 2SLGTBQ+ community.

Please be advised that Splashtown Manitoulin removal process will take place on the evening of August 21, 2023 and during the day on August 22, 2023. Splashtown staff will be floating the individual pieces of the park into shore, deflating them and loading them onto a trailer on the Government Dock beach parks grass area.  

Thank you to our volunteers that helped out at yet another successful Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event. This is the 20th year the event has been running.
